The school has grievance cell to take care of complaints of students and parents. Following committee is the looking after all such matters which may be addressed to the Principal & may be sent by post or given in person. A complaint box/suggestion box has also been mounted on the wall near the staff room for putting/dropping such grievance.

     The Principal along with her team members personally go through each suggestion/complaint for prompt action on every Wednesday and Saturday of the week and same is communicated to the students in morning assembly / Individually & also to the parents depending on the merit of the case.
